RETURN POLICY

Here at Ojanta we stand by the products we sell through our online store, so if you are not 100% satisfied we can offer an exchange or refund on all products. You must exchange or return the product within 10 days of transaction with proof of purchase. Product must be returned in perfect condition with its original packaging, unworn, odor free, and undamaged with labels/swing tags still attached in order for us to accept an exchange or refund. Failure to do so will void acceptance of the item back.

 

 

 

Ojanta will not accept the return of ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Clearance’ items. This will be clearly stated on the product page. Where not stated our normal return policy applies.

 

 

 

Ojanta will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error by ojanta (i.e you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All customer returns not covered by the above, are at the cost of the customer.

 

 

 

All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card used to make the original transaction. Upon receipt of returned items, please allow 48hrs to process the return. Please note it may take your credit card company 4-7 days to credit your account.

 

 

 

When exchanging a gift, the value of the new items exceeds that of the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value of the new item is lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card used originally for the purchase.

 

 

 

Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on swimwear or jewellery items that are worn in piercings.
